Make verbiage on client self scheduler more friendly
The phrase "There are no openings that match your requirements“ makes the first contact that a patient has with the scheduler a negative; something like “Please choose a day, location and appointment type to see available appointments” would be more patient-friendly and positive.

When appointments sync to an external calendar, include the client name instead of just labeling it "Appointment".

Add "out of office" message option on scheduling link
Let me add an "out of office" notification on the scheduling link when I'll be on vacation or unavailable for a lengthy space of time.
Currently, clients have to click each day, and if they can't get time for a 2-3 week period, they'll contact me. It would be nice for me to be able to set a message about this on the scheduling link, so they can know this before they spend time clicking a bunch of dates looking for an open spot.

When thera-LINK sets up a session in the client's personal calendar, include a link from there to sign in to the session.

Let me add a comment when accepting an Appointment Request
Sometimes I need to change the date or time from what was requested, and it would be good to be able to send a note with that info to the client who requested the appointment.

Let me pick a specific date in the future
Let me pick a specific year and month to navigate to on the calendar. Right now, I have to use the arrows, and that can be a LOT of clicking.
