Don't default the appointment date to today
Don't default a new appointment's date to today. Having it automatically select "today" has resulted in incorrect bookings.

Clients don't realize that there is a "request appointment" link on their dashboard because there is nothing in the mobile view that indicates it's there.

Don't make me change the title of the appointment to include the patient's name. It should be the title automatically, so I can easily see who I have an appointment with from the calendar.

Let me keep canceled appointments on my schedule, so I can report off of them and have them in the client's list of appointments.

Make verbiage on client self scheduler more friendly
The phrase "There are no openings that match your requirements“ makes the first contact that a patient has with the scheduler a negative; something like “Please choose a day, location and appointment type to see available appointments” would be more patient-friendly and positive.
