Allow payers other than the client
Be able to make the payer other than someone who is in the session. I have young adults whose parents want to pay for their sessions. The parents have joined the practice, but won't be in the session. When I'm scheduling the session, it will only allow me to enter the person who is in the session (the young adult) as payer. It won't allow me to enter the parent's name. Right now, I create the appointment with the client's name and don't request payment. Then I have to go do a separate payment request and send it to the…

Let clients store credit card info
It is cumbersome for clients to have to enter their credit card number every time they make a payment through thera-LINK. Allowing clients to save their payment information would eliminate that step.
