Make verbiage on client self scheduler more friendly
The phrase "There are no openings that match your requirements“ makes the first contact that a patient has with the scheduler a negative; something like “Please choose a day, location and appointment type to see available appointments” would be more patient-friendly and positive.

I've made this suggestion for months--the current verbiage is negative and misleading!
