Date/Time stamp when invite went out
As an owner or manager, show me when the invitation to join thera-LINK was sent, so I can tell people when they should have seen it in their email. This also helps me to know when the invites expire and need to be resent.

Tell me who has accepted invites
Show me how many clients I've invited and let me know which ones have accepted the invitation and which ones are still pending. Currently I have to manually find this information by scrolling through the client list.

Let me adjust the volume in-app
Let me adjust the volume of audio within thera-LINK. I should not have to use my computer audio to control the volume of the audio within thera-LINK.

As the host of a session, let me mute all participants at once so I'm not dependent on each individual to mute his/her mic.

Let clients call into a session via telephone
Allow meeting participants to call into a group meeting via telephone. Not having this option is a barrier for clients who do not have access to a strong Internet connection.

Let me schedule a chat only session. This is important for clients who are too anxious to start with a video or voice call and want to start off through chat.

Let my group session divide into breakout rooms
It would be helpful to enable breakout rooms for dyads and small group discussion within the context of a larger group session. This is especially helpful if the group is big as it gives individuals more time to talk and receive support.
