Let clients call into a session via telephone
Allow meeting participants to call into a group meeting via telephone. Not having this option is a barrier for clients who do not have access to a strong Internet connection.

Yes, this is very important for some clients who are not tech savvy, including some older folks and those who rely on a partner that is abusive and controlling to help them with technology.
