Let me use "patients" instead of "clients"
Let me use the term "patients" in thera-LINK instead of the term "clients". In my practice I do not use the term "clients".

Add a shortcut to notes on the dashboard
After I leave a session, the next task I need to do is write the note for the session. It woudl be much easier to have a jump point from the appointment on the dashboard rather than having to navigate to People > Clients and start a note from there.

Tell me who has accepted invites
