    When I archive a client and then they return to my practice, it is frustrating to have to reach out to support to re-activate them. It would be much better if I could just send a new invitation to that email address or re-activate them myself.

    Show me a failure message if my credit card fails when I try to make a payment. Right now I can't tell if anything went wrong.

    In emailed client appointment reminders, include the provider's name, so the client knows which of the multiple therapists in our team (s)he is meeting with.

    Allow managers to send invoices. I have an assistant to do administrative tasks, but she doesn't have the ability to do what she needs to do.
