Send documents without having to re-upload

Let me save files to send to clients, so I don't have to re-upload them each time. I want to store copies of these files directly in thera-LINK.

    Allow me to save generic documents then send to clients as needed. Currently I have to upload documents again to the specific client, each time I want to send them.
