In emailed client appointment reminders, include the provider's name, so the client knows which of the multiple therapists in our team (s)he is meeting with.

Change phrasing in the missed message email
Change the phrasing in the email alert for a message in thera-LINK from "you missed a message" to "you have a message." It's much more positive and doesn't make me feel like I did something wrong.

Improve client email notifications and calendar entries
It is not obvious where to click in an email to get to the thera-LINK website to start the session. Something like a link be embedded in the calendar entry would help, so the client can go straight from their calendar to the session.
Make the banner where the client is supposed to click stand out by using a brighter color, or adding a message to "click here".
